We are usually in a hurry with our backpack or we just never really seriously thought about the health repercussions with uneven weight distribution. How often do you check to see if your straps are even? Such as life.....there are thousands of daily activities that we do without realizing the short term and long term affects of our actions. More importantly, it is our unwillingness or just sheer laziness "not" to adjust on that nagging "uneven backpack syndrome". We all know what we need to do. But, it is so easy to just let things be and not have to constantly adjust and monitor ourselves. So what are you "uneven backpack syndromes?" How will you adjust them in order to bring more happiness, satisfaction and fulfillment? How do you deal with your stress each day? Do you react negatively or respond positively to stress? What activities help you to alleviate stress? Do you do enough of these activities? Enjoy your day and have a minimal stressed day everyone! What we do each day directly and indirectly affects our environment, food, wildlife and sustainability. Next time you might stress out about your situation...take a step back and think of how others around the world are affect or who are less fortunate because lack of shelter, clothing, food. They might have been through a natural disaster. You have to commute or drive to work? People and kids half way around the world would need to walk for miles. Going to throw out half that sandwich or meal? That my friend could feed an entire family. Throwing away your old clothes because you are too lazy to give it away? People on Hastings street could use your clothes or how about kids around the world would smile just to see an article of clothing they can use.
