Child's creativity: How do you break out of your creativity constraints?

Is your glass half empty or half full?

Children have a blissful outlook of the world because they have not been exposed or jaded by societal influence. As adults we tend to calculate, categorize and try to explain every single phenomenon. Sometimes, just enjoy the "moment" and let it be. Creativity cannot always be quantified or categorized. How do you measure a creative "eureka" moment?
