What do we mean when we say "Take C.A.R.E.?" What "should" we mean when we say "Take C.A.R.E?" Too often we "judge" a book by its cover. Don't we? Why don't we all take a little extra time once in awhile and try to get to know or understand a person better. Remember: "People don't C.A.R.E. how much you know until they know how much you C.A.R.E." 4 Ways to C.A.R.E. more: 1) Compassion: We need to show more compassion toward each other and everyone around us. 2) Accepting: By saying to "Take C.A.R.E." it means that we are willing to accept the other person for who they are and not; -what they look like -how they talk -what they wear -or how much money they make 3) Respect: Everyone deserves to be respected. Just like what Aretha Franklin says: we all need a little "R E S P E C T" 4) Empathy: Just for once try to understand or be in the other person's shoe before you comment or judge. Who knows what they have been through. You wouldn't because you have not asked. So next time show that you C.A.R.E. a little more and everyone around you will C.A.R.E. in return. Be the "ear" to help listen to a friend in need Be the "shoulder" for a friend to lean on Take C.A.R.E. everyone! Comments Comments are closed. | Most Recent Episode
