Getting up after having fallen so hard is very very difficult.  However, you are always given new fresh perspectives in life after coming back from incredible hardships.
The question is how will you use your new outlook in life?  With renewed focus and energy? or With the feeling of total sunken defeat?

Where do we find our strength to move on when there is for sure no hope within sight?
How do we go on?

By having fortitude, determination, focus, drive, hope
