What would you do if today was your last day?
Would you call up family or friends?
Who would you spend your precious moments with?
Would you write a message to leave behind for everyone to read?
It is so easy to cruise along life and being preoccupied with family, friends, careers, health and a myriad of other factors. Yet, we forget or make excuses why we cannot take the time to embrace and experience "each" moment of our lives. What makes up a "journey"?
It is all the small and big moments in your life that makes you "you". That is also why you want to get up everyone morning with purpose because you know what you want and you will do anything and everything to achieve.
So once again...what would you do if today was your last day?
Let me be
Financial pressure, social pressure, peer pressure.
Its all around us while we live our day to day life.
We are all bombarded by ads from the internet, TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, billboards and more.
Do you have a hard time fitting in or succumbing to a particular image?
Then don’t…just be yourself.
It is not about the cars, house, clothes or status.
It is about how you handle responsibilities and how you hold yourself accountable for the choices you make and the actions you take.
It is about how you express your unique creativity.
It is about you being yourself.
Do you exercise Dory's philosophy if something does not go your way and life just seem totally unfair?
Do you keep on swimming or do you let yourself sink lower and lower until you hit rock bottom?

So for next time...whether you have someone who is happy in front of you or someone who is frustrated and negative in front of you; always remember to
How often do you use "these powers" within yourselves?
Is it "you" who is feeling this?
Are you letting culture, society and peer pressure:
-Decide for you?
-Feel for you?
-Live for you?
Are you searching for a way to "break" out of your rat race funk?
If you are great!
if not....why not?
What an emotional hard fought story.
This group went through a lot to be where they are now. The group had no money to travel to Showtime to compete. Therefore, they
The intro of this video was translated for us all to comprehend the hardship and obstacles they had to endure.
They joined "Showtime" because they want to prove to themselves, to their families and to their fellow dancers. Even though we are simply like this...they can still represent their town. When we went to the audition, even though it was only the auditions...we felt like it was already our dream.
Even though we are too shy to cry in front of cameras....we cannot help but to show our emotions on stage.
Thank you for everyone who believed in us. And to those who do not trust us..we want to thank you as well.
We are going to prove to all of you that we can represent GenSan through Showtime.
An entertaining and inspiring video that reminds us that age really is just a number.

Everyone should have a M.E. day just so you can relax and not have to think about stressful thoughts and just really enjoy the moments.
So what will your next M.E. Day look like?

Some say they're stuck.
Others say they're too busy.
You can blame others or your can blame the world.
But at the end of the day my friends...you still need to live with yourself.
What choices will you make today that will have a ripple affect on your week, month, year....life?
Bad or good choices, we all still have to roll with it and keep on truckin because nobody is going to live "your" life for you.
Go ahead....make a choice!
