What we do each day directly and indirectly affects our environment, food, wildlife and sustainability.
Next time you might stress out about your situation...take a step back and think of how others around the world are affect or who are less fortunate because lack of shelter, clothing, food. They might have been through a natural disaster.
You have to commute or drive to work?
People and kids half way around the world would need to walk for miles.
Going to throw out half that sandwich or meal?
That my friend could feed an entire family.
Throwing away your old clothes because you are too lazy to give it away?
People on Hastings street could use your clothes or how about kids around the world would smile just to see an article of clothing they can use.
So next time you are stressed out

Pick an issue for this week, month or year and try to improve it a bit for yourself and everyone else.
How was your week?
Was it great, ok, or pretty crappy?
Did you lie to yourself by making work "seem" fun and productive even when it was not?
How was your workout at the gym this week?
Did you "actually" workout or did you waste your time on the cellphone or chat while working out?
Did you have an intimate dinner with family and friends?
Or did you take calls and text on your phone while having dinner?
So many situations during the week for us to "tell ourselves" that we were really productive, active and engaging but instead it was far from it.
Do what you do.....and "mean" it.
The odds are stacked against you.

No one believes you can do it.
