"Music gave our audiences a message of vitality, music, energy, enthusiasm and strength."
---Jose Antonio---

What an emotional and passionate speech.
Music indeed is so powerful from a personal and social perspective.

How did music affect you as a child and how has it affected you now?
In what ways have music enriched your life?

"Do you feel luck Punk.....well do yah?"

So often people compliment other people's success as " You are so lucky!"

Well maybe it is luck, but I am sure if you sit down with successful people and ask them how they became so successful, they will happily share with you their:
-trials and tribulations
-hard work and preparations
-constant strive for perfection

So was it luck that a student has an "A" average?
Probably not without a lot of study time involved

So was it just luck that an entrepreneur consistently builds successful businesses? *with some failure of course*
Probably not without a lot of planning involved

So was it luck that a guy finds a date and eventually gets married?
Probably not after getting his nerves together to ask her out and speaking and looking presentable.

So was it luck that an athlete wins multiple championships or gold medals?
Probably not without consistent discipline to workout and train their butts off.

So my friend are you going to start your day hoping to get "Lucky" or are you going to determine your own fate and luck?

It is never too late:

-To tell someone that you love them and care for them and miss them

-To go and enjoy a walk in the beach, park, trails

-To sit down with a friend and enjoy a conversation

-To enjoy a shining moon, beautiful sunrise and splendid sunsets

-To act on your goals and dreams

However....it will be too late if you do not act on it NOW!

the past........ you can't change what happened five minutes ago."

Each Choice, Each decision we make has a Ripple Effect

We make decisions everyday; sometimes with some thought and other times spontaneously

How would you make your decisions if you knew that it affects not only yourself but others around you?

This is not a reminder to tell you that your decisions you made were good or bad… this is simply to remind you to take some time and think things through before making them.

So next time you see rain drops

Think of them as “decisions and people” constantly interacting with each other

Then ask yourself…how will each decision I make affect me and everyone else around me?

Such incredible young talents.

Exactly like what they said in their interviews:

"Music is my life"

"To me music is like everything.  It's like food and oxygen.  We sometimes forget to eat while practicing"

"Music is like family."

 *Law of the Garbage Truck*

........... One day I hopped in a taxi and we took off for the airport. We were driving in the right lane when suddenly a black car jumped out of a parking

space right in front of us. My taxi driver slammed on his brakes, skidded, and missed the other car by just inches!

The driver of the other car whipped his head around and started yelling at us. My taxi driver just smiled and waved at the guy. And I mean, he was really  friendly.

So I asked, 'Why did you just do that? This guy almost ruined your car and sent us to the hospital!'

This is when my taxi driver taught me what I now call, *'The Law of the Garbage Truck.'

He explained that many people are like garbage trucks. " They run around full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment.

As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it and sometimes they'll dump it on you. Don't take it personally.

Just smile, wave, wish them well, and move on. Don't take their garbage and spread it to other people at work, at home, or on the streets."

The bottom line is that successful people do not let garbage trucks take over their day.

Life's too short to wake up in the morning with regrets, so............

......... Love the people who treat you right and Pray for the ones who don't!  Life is ten percent what you make it and ninety percent how

you take it!

regards  James.......... Have a garbage-free day!.....:-)

Where have all your time gone?

Was each day and each moment worth it?

It is so easy to get caught up with deadlines, meetings, work, school, family, friends.

But you have to step back sometimes and ask when do you have time for "you"?

Breathe, relax, stretch, meditate, walk, run, play.
Do an activity that eases your mind and body.

So I ask you again...
Where have all "your" time gone?

Are you easily distracted during projects?
Are you self conscious of what others think of you when working on projects?

Do you set periodic deadlines for yourself in order to stay focused?
How do you stay focused?
How do you shield yourself from exterior criticism and keep on focusing on your goals and projects?

Canada's Prayer
By Chris Robertson

I’m dreaming of Canada tonight.
A country where mountains and hopes touch the sky
A country where an ocean of kindness fills all hearts
A country where ideas are a forest of wisdom
Oh God let me wake up in Canada!

I'm dreaming of Canada tonight.
A country where compassion is as tall as a douglas fir
A country where understanding is as deep as a great lake
A country where confidence grows like grain
Oh God let me wake up in Canada!

I’m dreaming of Canada tonight.
A country where happiness flows like the water of a river
A country where love is a breath of fresh air
A country where peace covers the land like snow
Oh God, please let me wake up in Canada, tonight...
